Floating A Home For Healthcare
The first hospital on New York City public housing property is open for business. The Floating Hospital will provide the 7,000 low-income residents of the Queensbridge Houses with low cost healthcare, right in their backyard. That’s good news for a community the federal government has labeled “medically underserved” for the last decade.
