HOLIDAY JEER: Some Dyker Heights residents complain the police are doing little to control large, unruly crowds drawn by the neighborhood's traditionally elaborate holiday displays. Others, like Vinny Privitelli (whose home is pictured above), has little patience for local Scrooges. “I do it for the children," he says.
