The precariousness of the lives of millions of immigrants to the US has been spotlighted by the Supreme Court case challenging the Trump administration’s decision to end the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program.

For one family with parents who came from Mexico, the situation is especially stark. Mother, father and three daughters have three different immigration statuses among them: undocumented, DACA-eligible and US citizen.
