MANHATTAN —

Federal legislation that would provide a comprehensive pathway towards citizenship remains stalled, leaving millions of undocumented immigrants waiting.

At Movement Without Borders, a one-day event at Judson Memorial Church in Greenwich Village, dancers, musicians, filmmakers and poets aimed to bring the immigration struggle to life.

Produced and directed by Richard Colton, organizers said the performances were designed to promote “humanizing our immigration system” and support organizations that aid immigrants.
