More than two decades after the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency designated a section of the Hudson River a polluted Superfund site, barges finally began scooping toxic sediment from the riverbed last spring.

    I posted your piece on my blog. When Mike Bloomberg talks about there not being enough time…you know the people are about to get screwed just like king mayor Mike said there isn’t enough time to give the people of New York a referendum.
